Chapter 10 - THE EMPIRE REBUILTTwo years later.

The new global headquarters of Ellsworth-Vance Medical in Zurich was a magnificent glass skyscraper overlooking Lake Zurich.
Inside the top-floor master research laboratory, thirty young engineering students gathered around a high-tech surgical platform.
Standing at the front of the room was Clarissa Vance-Ellsworth, wearing an elegant white blazer, holding a pointer. Standing right beside her, holding a chubby six-month-old baby girl with dark hair and hazel eyes, was Nathan.
"Always remember," Clarissa spoke softly to the silent class of students, "the most dangerous error in any machine isn't the complex software... it's the tiny mechanical detail that everyone assumes is working because they're too arrogant to look closer."
Nathan smiled warmly, kissing Clarissa’s cheek as the students clapped respectfully.
