Chapter 7 - THE LIVE DEMONSTRATIONAt 9:00 AM the following morning, the Ellsworth Dynamics auditorium was packed with three hundred journalists, medical experts, and Wall Street investors.

Television cameras broadcasted live to ten million viewers worldwide.

On the main stage stood the pristine, white $2 billion surgical platform.

Standing at the podium in a dark suit was Nathan Ellsworth. In the front row sat Julian Sterling, a smug, triumphant grin on his face as he tapped his tablet, preparing to execute the stock market short-sell order.

"Ladies and gentlemen," Nathan announced into the microphone. "Today, we demonstrate the future of autonomous cardiovascular surgery."

Nathan nodded toward the side stage.

Clarissa stepped out, wearing a white lab coat over her formal attire, her name badge reading: Dr. Clarissa Vance — Chief Technology Officer.

Julian Sterling’s tablet slipped slightly in his hands. His eyes bugged out in shock. "Chief Technology Officer?!"

Clarissa stepped up to the surgical platform, placing a synthetic human heart inside the sterile field.

"Initiating micro-vascular suture sequence," Clarissa announced calmly.

The robotic arms flared to life! The optical sensors hummed with a smooth, silent precision as the needles moved at blinding speed, stitching a microscopic tear in the synthetic tissue with sub-millimeter accuracy!

The diagnostic monitors flared green across the entire auditorium:
