Chapter 7 - THE REVELATIONWe didn't stay. We took their car and drove until the city lights were nothing but a glow in the rearview mirror.
"The men who took me," Dominic said, staring at the road, "it was my uncle. He’s been running the organization behind my back, selling us out to the cartels. He thought I was dead. Now, he’s going to realize his mistake."
"And what happens when you return?" I asked.
"I take my throne back. And I make sure you’re the safest woman in the world."
