CHAPTER 3: The True Heir Arrives

The next morning, the Vance Empire didn't wake up to stock market reports. They woke up to a live broadcast that was trending globally, streaming directly from the official Vance Corporate website, which had been unbreakably hacked.

The video didn't show a masked hacker. It showed Aria, dressed no longer as a maid, but in a tailored white suit, sitting in the CEO’s empty office.

"Fifteen years ago, the Vance family traded a child's life for a multi-billion-dollar merger," Aria spoke to the camera, her voice calm, powerful, and unyielding. On the screen next to her, security footage from fifteen years ago began to play—showing Julian and his father dragging a drugged child out the back door to cover up a horrific corporate secret.

"I am Lyra Vance," she announced. "And I am not here to destroy you. The truth will do that for me."

🚨 The Aftermath

Within two hours, the Vance Empire’s stocks plummeted to absolute zero. The FBI swarmed the Vance Manor, arresting Arthur and a completely broken Julian Vance, who was caught on camera weeping as handcuffs clinked around his wrists. He had spent his whole life trying to keep the secret buried, only for the secret to walk right back through the front door.

Aria stood on the balcony of the manor, watching the flashing red and blue lights fade into the distance. She was no longer the maid. She was no longer the forgotten ghost. She was the rightful heir, and justice had finally been served.
