Chapter 7 - THE BILLIONAIRE WHO WALKED INTO HIS OWN TRAPNoah announced a press conference.

Every major network arrived.
TechVision's stock plunged within hours.
Richard Parker appeared beside him.
Calm.
Confident.
He smiled for the cameras.
“Noah has been under tremendous emotional pressure,” Richard said. “We believe he is confused.”
Noah watched him from across the stage.
Then he smiled.
“Actually, Uncle Richard, I'm perfectly clear.”
Richard's expression shifted.
Noah placed a folder on the podium.
“This contains evidence of financial crimes committed against TechVision.”
The room erupted.
Richard stood.
“These accusations are absurd.”
Noah continued.
“Fraud.”
A screen displayed bank transfers.
“Forgery.”
Emails appeared.
“Conspiracy.”
Audio played.
Richard's own voice.
Get the girl away from Noah.
Grace covered Emily's ears.
Richard's face went white.
Noah looked directly at him.
“You separated me from my daughter.”
Richard stared.
“You don't understand what you're doing.”
“I understand exactly.”
Then Noah played the final recording.
Richard's voice:
If Noah has no heir, the trust comes to us.
Silence.
The entire room froze.
Richard turned toward Evelyn.
She was crying.
Noah whispered:
“You used my family.”
Richard suddenly laughed.
“You think you've won?”
Security guards entered.
Richard reached inside his jacket.
Noah moved.
But Richard wasn't holding a weapon.
He held a photograph.
Grace saw it.
Her face went white.
It was a photograph of Emily.
Taken that morning.
Richard smiled.
“You want to know where she was taken?”
Noah's blood froze.
Emily was beside Grace.
He turned.
May you like
She was gone.
Again.
