A medical transport chopper bearing the private insignia of the Castellano medical division touched down right in the middle of the coastal highway, blocking traffic for miles.

Within seconds, teams of elite trauma surgeons and a renowned veterinary specialist rushed through the diner's doors, carrying heavy-duty portable medical gear.
"Over here!" Knox ordered, his voice commanding and precise.
The veterinary team immediately surrounded Caesar. They set up an IV drip, administered emergency painkillers, and placed an oxygen mask over the massive Mastiff's snout.
"His ribs are severely bruised, boss, and internal bleeding is a risk," the chief vet reported, wiping sweat from his forehead under Knox's intense gaze. "We need to stabilize him on-site before moving him to our private clinic. But he's fighting. His heart rate is responding."
Belle clutched Knox's coat tighter around her shoulders, watching the medical team work with bated breath. "Will... will he live?"
