CHAPTER 2 – The Prison Was Never Meant for Criminals

The commander slowly walked toward the boy.
Every tactical officer lowered their rifles without being ordered.
No one had ever seen their commander show emotion.
Yet now...
His hands were shaking.
He knelt before the child.
"Who brought you here?" he whispered.
The boy reached into his pocket and handed him an old silver key attached to a faded military dog tag.
The moment the commander saw it...
His face turned white.
Only three identical keys had ever existed.
One belonged to him.
One disappeared twenty years ago.
The third...
Had vanished with his wife and newborn son after a classified operation ended in bloodshed.
The commander looked into the boy's eyes.
"Where did you get this?"
The child answered quietly.
"My grandmother said you'd recognize it."
Before anyone could speak again...
The warehouse lights suddenly went dark.
Emergency alarms exploded throughout the building.
Red warning lights flashed across the walls.
A cold computerized voice echoed through the speakers.
"Security breach detected."
"Identity confirmed."
"Project Heir... has returned."
Every tactical officer immediately aimed their rifles—not at the prisoners...
But at the commander himself.
One officer stepped forward and shouted,
"Sir... according to the classified protocol..."
"...the boy isn't your son."
"He's the rightful owner of this entire operation."
The commander slowly closed his eyes.
Everything he had believed for the past eight years...
Had been a lie.
And somewhere deep beneath the warehouse...
Someone smiled.
May you like
Because the real game...
Had only just begun.
