Chapter 4 - THE ULTIMATE VENUE REVELATION

EN EL ALTAR: OBLIGĂ A SU HERMANA A REVELAR LA VERDAD EN FRENTE DE SU SUEGRO MILLONARIO!The church bells of the hacienda chapel began to chime. The grand wooden doors opened, and the wedding procession commenced.
The guests watched in awe as the bridesmaids walked down the aisle, followed by Ximena, who floated like a vision in white lace, holding a massive bouquet of imported orchids. She kept her chin high, basking in the envious stares of the crowd.
When she reached the altar, Emiliano smiled warmly, taking her hand. The priest stepped forward, clearing his throat to begin the holy ceremony.
"Dearly beloved," the priest began, "we are gathered here today to unite this man and this woman in holy matrimony..."
Suddenly, a loud, jarring screech echoed through the chapelâs state-of-the-art sound system. The priest stopped speaking. The guests murmured in confusion as the romantic instrumental music died out completely.
Emiliano frowned, looking toward the audio technician's booth. "Whatâs going on with the sound?"
Before anyone could answer, the massive projection screen behind the altarâwhich was supposed to display a romantic slideshow of the coupleâflickered to life. But it didn't show photos of Ximena and Emiliano.
Instead, a giant high-definition document appeared on the screen. It was the master loan agreement for $250,000.
The crowd gasped. Don Humberto leaned forward, his eyes narrowing as he read the names on the contract.
PRIMARY DEBTOR/CONTRACT OWNER: GABRIEL RAMĂREZ.
BENEFICIARY: XIMENA RAMĂREZ (UNAUTHORIZED FRAUDULENT USE).
"What is the meaning of this?!" Don Humbertoâs powerful voice boomed through the chapel, shattering the silence.
Ximenaâs face turned completely pale, the color draining from her lips. "No... no, this is a technical mistake! Turn it off! Turn it off right now!"
"It's no mistake, Ximena," a calm, commanding voice resonated through the speakers.
The side doors of the chapel swung open. Gabriel walked down the center aisle, his posture perfect, with Uncle Alejandro walking right beside him. NicolĂĄs followed close behind, holding his small velvet pillow with the chocolate dinosaur head.
Marta stood up from the front row, her face twisted in horror. "Gabriel! What are you doing?! Stop this madness right now! Youâre ruining your sister's life!"
"No, Mom," Gabriel said, stopping just a few feet from the altar. "I'm just auditing my property. Because according to the law, everything in this roomâthe dress sheâs wearing, the flowers in her hands, the very ground sheâs standing onâbelongs to me. Paid for with my stolen identity."
Emiliano looked at Ximena, his confusion turning into terror. "Ximena... what is he talking about? You told my father your family financed this entire event from your inheritance!"
"She doesn't have an inheritance, Emiliano," Uncle Alejandro spoke up, presenting a certified legal folder to Don Humberto. "What she has is a pending criminal lawsuit for grand theft, forgery, and bank fraud. Here are the IP addresses, the forged digital signatures, and the financial records proving she stole $250,000 from her brother, a hardworking single father."
Don Humberto snatched the folder, his eyes scanning the documents. His face grew red with absolute fury. He looked at Ximena as if she were a piece of garbage. "You lied to us. You fabricated your entire background. Youâre a fraud!"
Ximena broke down, dropping her bouquet. She fell to her knees, her expensive dress dragging on the floor. "Emiliano, please! I did it for us! I did it so we could have the perfect wedding! I was going to pay him back!"
"With what money?!" Emiliano shouted, backing away from her in disgust. "You don't even have a job!"

Gabriel stepped closer to his sobbing sister. He signaled to NicolĂĄs, who walked up and placed the velvet pillow with the broken chocolate dinosaur right at Ximenaâs feet.
"Two days ago, Ximena, you threw my son's cake in the trash and told him he didn't deserve it," Gabriel said, his voice echoing through the silent chapel. "You told him he needed to learn that he can't always get what he wants. Today, it's your turn to learn that lesson."
