Chapter 1: The Boy Nobody Wanted Inside

The crystal chandeliers glittered above the grand ballroom, where America's wealthiest families laughed over champagne and million-dollar business deals. Every guest wore designer suits, sparkling diamonds, and polished shoes that reflected the marble floor.
Then...
The music stopped.
A barefoot boy, no older than nine, quietly walked through the enormous doors.
His clothes were worn. His face was pale. His feet were dirty from walking miles.
Every conversation froze.
"Who let him in here?"
"Security!"
"Get that street kid out before he ruins the gala!"
The guests stared as if poverty itself had invaded the room.
But the boy ignored every insult.
His frightened eyes searched every table... every face...
Until they landed on one man.
Richard Sterling.
One of the richest investors in America.
The billionaire frowned as the child slowly approached him.
The security guards rushed forward.
"Sir, should we remove him?"
Richard nodded slightly.
But before anyone could touch the child...
The little boy suddenly knelt beside Richard's chair.
Instead of begging...
Instead of asking for money...
He gently reached out...
...and carefully placed his tiny hand on Richard's bare ankle beneath the table.
The ballroom exploded with disgust.
"What is he doing?"
"That's disgusting!"
Richard instinctively pulled his leg back—
Then froze.
His face turned completely white.
May you like
Because the boy whispered only four trembling words.
"I finally found you..."
