CHAPTER 2 — The Billionaire's Final Letter Named His Only Heir... And the Whole Ballroom Turned Against Sebastian

No one dared move.

The emerald-clad woman stood frozen, her chest rising and falling as tears streamed down her face.

"My name is Elena Brooks," she said.

"I worked for Adrian Vale for twelve years."

The lawyers immediately recognized her.

She had disappeared the same week Adrian died.

Sebastian's voice hardened.

"She's lying."

"Remove both of them."

Security stepped forward.

But the oldest attorney in the room suddenly raised his hand.

"No one touches the contents of the vault."

The room fell silent again.

With white gloves, he carefully lifted the faded envelope marked:

For My Son.

The wax seal cracked.

Inside was a handwritten letter.

The lawyer adjusted his glasses and began reading aloud.

"If you are hearing these words, then my greatest fear has come true."

Guests exchanged uneasy glances.

"The people I trusted most may have stolen everything from my son."

Sebastian's jaw tightened.

"His name is Noah."

The little boy looked up slowly.

"If Noah stands before this vault, it means the system recognized the biometric pattern I secretly embedded when he was an infant."

Gasps swept across the ballroom.

The lawyer continued.

"Sebastian will claim I had no family."

"Do not believe him."

Phones instantly streamed the moment live.

Millions watched online.

Sebastian shouted,

"This is forged!"

The attorney ignored him.

He opened the black velvet box.

Inside rested a tiny silver bracelet engraved with one word:

NOAH.

Elena collapsed into tears.

"I put that bracelet on him the day Adrian held his son for the first time."

The lawyer opened another folder.

Birth records.

Hospital documents.

Private photographs.

One picture froze the room.

Adrian Vale...

Holding the exact same little boy.

The date matched ten years earlier.

Sebastian staggered backward.

His perfect image was beginning to crumble.

Then the attorney reached the final document.

His hands trembled.

"This..."

"...changes everything."

Every camera zoomed in.

It wasn't a will.

It was a signed confession.

A confession written by Adrian just weeks before his death.

And the first sentence made Sebastian's face lose every trace of color.
