I didn't cry. I didn't shake. I placed my laptop on his desk and slid the hospital security logs, the forged death clearance, and a complete financial forensic audit across the polished wood.
"Look at the wire transfers, Marcus," I said, my voice completely steady. "Six weeks ago, Mark’s architecture firm received an anonymous equity injection of five hundred thousand dollars from a private adoption trust registered in the Cayman Islands. Same day my daughter vanished."
