Chapter 7 - THE REVENGE OF THE MORETTI

Headline: THE VALENTI FAMILY THOUGHT THEY WON—UNTIL THE DEAD DON WALKED THROUGH THEIR FRONT DOOR!
Twenty-four hours later. Downtown Miami.
The top-floor penthouse of the Valenti Tower was buzzing with celebration. Don Donato Valenti, an aging, ruthless mob boss with a silver mustache and custom tailored suits, was pouring expensive champagne for his senior lieutenants.
"To the fall of the Moretti Empire!" Valenti toasted, raising his crystal glass. "With Alejandro dead and Julian running the show, New York is officially ours! The docks, the shipping lanes, the casinos—all of it!"
The lieutenants cheered, clinking their glasses together.
Suddenly, the heavy double doors of the penthouse burst open!
BOOM!
The massive mahogany doors shattered into splinters as a team of tactical operatives in black gear flooded the penthouse, disarming Valenti’s bodyguards in seconds before they could even draw their weapons.
The room went deathly quiet as the smoke cleared.
Stepping through the ruined doorway, wearing a tailored black suit and carrying a silver-handled walking stick, was Alejandro Moretti.
Donato Valenti dropped his glass of champagne. It shattered on the marble floor, sparkling wine spreading across the ground—just like the Barolo two nights ago.
"A-Alejandro...?" Valenti stammered, his face turning the color of chalk. "You’re... you’re dead! Julian sent the live feed! I watched you collapse!"
"You watched me fall, Donato," Alejandro said, stepping into the penthouse with absolute, terrifying calm. "You didn't watch me die."
Alejandro gestured behind him. Two Moretti soldiers dragged a battered, hand-cuffed Julian into the room, tossing him onto the floor at Valenti’s feet.
"Julian was very talkative once Bruno introduced him to our interrogation basement," Alejandro said pleasantly. "He told me everything. The five million dollars. The contract with the offshore bankers. The plan to carve up my territory."
Valenti backed away toward his desk, sweat dripping down his neck. "Alejandro... listen to me! It was a business decision! Nothing personal! We can negotiate! I’ll double the five million! I’ll give you half of Miami!"
"I don't want your money, Donato," Alejandro said, resting both hands on his walking stick. "And I don't want your city."
Alejandro snapped his fingers.
Marcus stepped forward, holding a tablet screen displaying a global financial network interface.
"Ten minutes ago," Alejandro continued, "my tech team executed a full override of your offshore accounts using Julian’s master security keys. Every dollar, every property, every shell company owned by the Valenti Crime Family has been liquidated and transferred."
Valenti’s eyes widened in horror. "Transferred... where?!"
Alejandro smiled—a rare, genuine smile that sent chills down everyone’s spine.
"To a newly established, globally protected charitable trust," Alejandro said softly. "The Kiara & Emma Foundation for Pediatric Anaphylaxis and Children's Healthcare."
Valenti gasped, unable to comprehend what he was hearing. "You... you gave away fifty million dollars to a... a children's hospital?!"
"Every single cent," Alejandro confirmed. "And as for you..."

Alejandro turned his back on Valenti, walking toward the exit.
"Bruno. Clean the room."
