"Mr. Sterling," Cassandra’s voice echoed smoothly across the auditorium’s sound system. "Before we tally the votes, I direct your attention to Exhibit Omega on the screens behind you."

The massive digital display screens behind the stage flashed to life, displaying a series of complex legal documents and real-time financial tracking logs.

"Yesterday at 4:00 PM," Cassandra announced, "Sterling Apex crossed the forty-five percent threshold of share ownership. In doing so, you automatically triggered Article 9, Section 4 of the Vance Mobility Charter."

Harrison Sterling’s smile faded. "What are you talking about?"

"Article 9 stipulates that any unauthorized takeover attempt immediately activates the complete asset migration protocol," Cassandra explained calmly. "As of midnight, the underlying routing software, patents, and proprietary client contracts were legally severed from Vance Mobility Technologies and transferred into the Nolan & Parker Bellamy Trust."
