Chapter 7 - THE REVELATION OF BLOODWith the police securing the estate, Damian rushed to Haley and Maya. They were shaken but unharmed.
Margot emerged from the hallway, limping but alive. She looked at Damian, and for the first time, she smiled.
"You did it," she whispered. "You saved them."
"We saved them," Damian corrected.
But as the police took the syndicate members away, the lead detective approached Damian with a puzzled expression.
"Mr. Morrison, we found something in the safe. It’s a birth certificate."
Damian took the paper. His eyes widened. It wasn't his father’s. It was his own.
