The dojo reopened.

Parents noticed the difference immediately.
Students encouraged one another instead of competing through fear.
Beginners trained beside experienced athletes.
Respect became the loudest voice in the room.
Master Elena refused every request to have the building named after her.
Instead, she continued volunteering quietly.
Sometimes...
She still cleaned the mats after class.
New students often rushed over.
"Master, please let us do that."
She always smiled.
"If you believe cleaning is beneath you..."
"...you still have much to learn."
One afternoon, a young boy nervously spilled his water bottle across the floor.
He looked terrified.
Everyone remembered what had happened months before.
Before the child could apologize...
Viktor calmly picked up a mop.
He handed another one to the boy.
"We clean it together."
The child smiled with relief.
Master Elena watched from across the room.
No applause.
No speeches.
No trophies.

Above the entrance to the dojo, a new wooden sign replaced the old championship banners.
