He announced mandatory anti-bullying programs, student leadership reforms, and community service requirements for every athletic team.
Then he turned toward Logan.
"You have something to say."
Logan walked slowly to the microphone.
For the first time, there was no confidence.
No arrogance.

He looked directly at Anna.
"I thought being stronger meant making other people feel small."
"I was wrong."
"I'm sorry."
The apology wasn't dramatic.
It wasn't perfect.

Anna quietly nodded.
"You don't need my forgiveness."
"You need to become someone who never treats another person this way again."
Those words spread through the school faster than any viral video.
Weeks later, students noticed something unexpected.
Logan began helping younger students who were being bullied.
He volunteered after school.
He stopped laughing when others became targets.
People changed because one quiet girl refused to answer cruelty with cruelty.
Months later, Anna finally removed her oversized hoodie.
