Chapter 16 - Epilogue of the New DawnTwo years later, the Ruth Miller Community Center and Shelter stood proudly on a sunlit hill overlooking the coastal town where I had made my permanent home.

It was a sprawling, modern facility designed specifically to provide safe housing, legal aid, and financial counseling for elderly individuals and victims of corporate exploitation. I didn't feel anger. I didn't feel sadness. I simply turned off the notification, slipped the phone back into my pocket, and looked out the massive glass doors toward the endless blue ocean.

The old man was far from useless. In fact, his greatest chapter had only just begun.
