Chapter 4 - BOSTON WILL BURN: DANTE RUSSO’S WRATH UNLEASHED!

"Clara?" Elena gasped, lowering her weapon in sheer shock. "What are you doing?"
Clara Russo’s face was a mask of cold, unyielding stone. "You ruined everything, Elena. Dante was supposed to marry a woman of status, to solidify our family's alliance with the European syndicates. Instead, he spent seven years mourning a ghost, turning our empire into a charity project because he lost his mind over you."
"Clara, stop!" Nico yelled, stepping in front of the triplets. "She has Dante's children!"
"I don't care about bastards raised in gutters!" Clara snapped, her finger tightening on the trigger. "Silas offered me a seat at the high table if I deliver the ledger and eliminate the distractions. Goodbye, Elena."
BANG.
A gunshot echoed through the bunker, but it didn't come from Clara’s gun.
Clara gasped, dropping her weapons as a neat, red hole appeared in her shoulder. She spun around, falling to her knees.
Standing by the bed, swaying unsteadily but holding his Kimber .45 with a death grip, was Dante Russo. His eyes were bloodshot, the dark veins of the poison crawling up his neck, but the sheer force of his willpower had dragged him out of the coma.
"Touch my family... and I will skin you alive myself, sister," Dante growled, his voice sounding like it came from the depths of hell.
"Dante!" Elena cried, rushing to support his massive frame as he stumbled forward.
"I’m here, mia bella," Dante muttered, pressing a bloody kiss to her forehead before turning his lethal gaze back to Clara. "Nico, lock her in the holding cell. We will deal with her treason later. Right now, we have a city to take back."
Dante looked at the titanium ledger in Elena's hand. He knew that as long as this ledger existed, his family would always have a target on their backs. He grabbed a secure satellite phone from the wall.
"Call every loyal captain in New England," Dante commanded Nico. "Tell them the King is awake. We are launching a full-scale assault on the Moretti compound in downtown Boston. If Victor Moretti wants a war, I will give him an apocalypse."
Turning to Elena, Dante reached out and gently touched the faces of his three daughters, who were weeping with relief. "Hide in the panic room beneath this floor. I will return with the antidote, or I will not return at all."
Mia grabbed his coat sleeve. "Daddy, take this." She handed him the small canvas painting of her mother. "So you remember who you're fighting for."
Dante tucked the painting inside his armored vest, right over his heart. "I could never forget."

By midnight, the streets of Boston became a war zone. Explosions rocked the financial district as Russo loyalists clashed with Moretti’s mercenaries. Dante, ignoring the agonizing pain of the venom melting his veins, led the charge into the Moretti skyscraper, leaving a trail of absolute devastation in his wake.
CHAPTER 4 HOOK: Dante kicked open the doors to the penthouse suite, covered in the blood of his enemies. Inside, Victor Moretti sat at a mahogany desk, holding a glowing vial of the antidote. But he wasn't alone. Tied to a chair behind him, gagged and covered in bruises, was someone Dante never expected to see—the real, biological mother of the triplets, a woman who looked exactly like Elena, but with a wicked, mocking smile that instantly shattered Dante's reality.
