CHAPTER 3 — "The Breaking News Exposed the One Secret the Sheikh Had Spent Years Hiding."

Every phone in the restaurant vibrated at the same time.
The sound echoed through the silent dining room like a warning.
Guests instinctively reached for their screens.
Within seconds, confused whispers spread across the room.
"Oh my God..."
"It can't be..."
"Look at the headline!"
Even Sheikh Kareem glanced at his phone.
His confident expression vanished.
The headline displayed only one sentence:
"The International Heritage Foundation Announces the Appointment of Its New Global President: Emma Sinclair."
A photo appeared beneath the announcement.
It was the same young waitress.
The same woman standing quietly beside the table.
But now she was dressed in an elegant navy suit, shaking hands with presidents, diplomats, and members of royal families.
The businessmen around Kareem immediately recognized the organization.
The International Heritage Foundation wasn't just another charity.
It controlled billions of dollars in humanitarian investments, cultural preservation projects, and international development funds.
Governments sought its approval.
Royal families donated to it.
Global corporations competed for its partnerships.
One businessman whispered nervously,
"Half of our contracts depend on their recommendations..."
Another looked at Emma with wide eyes.
"We've been trying to arrange a meeting with her office for almost a year."
The restaurant manager nearly collapsed.
"I... I had no idea."
Emma smiled gently.
"That was the point."
Sheikh Kareem clenched his jaw.
"You came here to humiliate me."
Emma shook her head.
"No."
"I came here because this restaurant supports students who work while earning their degrees."
She looked around the room.
"I volunteer here once every month."
The entire restaurant fell silent again.
One elderly customer slowly began to clap.
Then another.
Soon, applause spread across the dining room.
Not for her title.
Not for her wealth.
But for the dignity she had never lost.
Kareem's face darkened.
He had spent his entire life believing power came from fear.
Yet this woman had earned more respect with a simple apron than he had with billions.
Unable to accept the humiliation, he stepped closer.
"You think you've won?"
Emma calmly met his eyes.
"I've won nothing."
"You simply revealed who you are."
The words struck harder than any insult.
Before Kareem could answer, his chief assistant rushed into the restaurant, breathing heavily.
"Your Excellency..."
His voice trembled.
"We have a serious problem."
"What now?"
"The Royal Ethics Council..."
May you like
"...has just requested an emergency meeting."
Every businessman at the table suddenly looked terrified.
