CHAPTER 3 — “The Billionaire’s Biggest Lie”

Richard suddenly stood up.
“This man is insane,” he shouted. “Security, remove him now!”
But no one moved.
Because every camera in the room was already recording.
The homeless man placed the old government file on the table.
“My name is Thomas Ashford,” he said. “And thirty years ago, Richard left me to die.”
The room erupted.
Richard’s wife stepped away from him.
“What is he talking about?”
Thomas looked directly at her.
“Your husband didn’t build his company from nothing. He stole it from a man he called brother.”
Richard slammed his fist on the table.
“You disappeared!”
Thomas gave a bitter smile.
“No, Richard. You made me disappear.”
Then Thomas revealed the final page.
A death certificate.
With his name on it.
Signed by Richard Ashford.
The billionaire’s entire empire had been built on a dead man’s name.
But Thomas was still alive.
And now...
Every lie was about to collapse.
CHAPTER 4 — “The Brother Who Came Back From The Grave”
Police sirens echoed outside the gala hall.
Richard’s face twisted with panic.
“You don’t understand,” he whispered. “I had no choice.”
Thomas stepped closer.
“You had a choice when you locked me inside that burning warehouse.”
A horrified gasp swept through the room.
Thomas rolled up his sleeve.
His arm was covered in old burn scars.
“For thirty years, I lived without a name, without money, without justice… while you smiled on magazine covers.”
Richard’s daughter, Emily, suddenly stood from the front table.
“Dad… tell me this isn’t true.”
Richard couldn’t look at her.
That silence answered everything.
Then Thomas placed one final item on the table.
A small silver key.
“This key opens the vault where I hid the original invention plans.”
Richard’s knees nearly gave out.
Because if those plans existed...
Thomas didn’t just have proof.
He owned half of everything.
As officers entered the ballroom, Thomas turned to the cameras and said,
“I didn’t come here to beg.”

He looked at Richard.
“I came to take back the life you stole.”
