The heavy glass doors of my office finally burst open, and the true security team—accompanied by the police—swarmed the room, pinning Julian to the floor. He didn't scream or fight; he just stared at me with hollow, defeated eyes as the handcuffs clicked into place. He would be joining his brother for a very, very long time.

An hour later, the power was fully restored. The lights of Makati shone brightly through the floor-to-ceiling windows.

Bianca arrived at the penthouse a short while later, holding the real flash drive. We walked over to the paper shredder and the heavy-duty digital degausser. Together, we dropped the drive into the machine, watching the data erase into absolute nothingness. Whether Doña Elena's past was dirty or clean didn't matter anymore. The past was officially gone.

We walked out onto the private balcony, looking over the glittering city that we now completely controlled.

"Is it finally over?" Bianca asked quietly, looking out at the skyline.

"It's over," I replied, raising my glass of champagne. "The Villareal name is ours. The fortune is ours. And your son will grow up knowing only power, respect, and loyalty."

Bianca clinked her glass against mine, a genuine, beautiful smile on her face.

Three years ago, on my wedding anniversary, I stood in a delivery room surrounded by lies, cheap rings, and betrayal. They thought they could break me. They thought they could use me as a stepping stone.
