Henderson’s facade cracked slightly, a flicker of panic crossing his eyes. "What addendum?"
Ethan pressed a button on his desk console, projecting a glowing holographic document onto the main boardroom screen.
“In the event of institutional fraud, corporate suppression, or illegal proxy consolidation by executive board members,” Ethan read aloud from the document, his voice echoing through the silent room, "all voting proxies are instantly transferred to the direct bloodline heir of legal age, or failing that, administered directly through an independent federal audit committee.”

As if on cue, heavy footsteps echoed outside the glass boardroom doors as federal marshals in dark suits filed into the hallway, surrounding the floor.
