Chapter 8 - Unlocking the PastTwo weeks later, the chaos of that rainy Thursday night felt like a surreal dream.

The syndicate had been dismantled from the top down. Victoria Vance and her co-conspirators were facing federal life sentences for corporate espionage, money laundering, and conspiracy. The media had a field day, dubbing the scandal "The Trinity Conspiracy," with front-page headlines detailing how a mysterious teenage prodigy and her presumed-dead father had brought down a multi-billion-dollar criminal enterprise.

Dominic didn't just hand it over—he set up a permanent international foundation for historical preservation and linguistic research, naming me as its co-director.

I was standing deep beneath Trinity Church, holding a heavy iron torch alongside my father and Dominic Russo. Ahead of us stood a massive, five-ton stone door carved with the exact same symbols from the ancient journal.
"Are you ready for this, Olivia?" my father asked softly, handing me a small, intricate bronze key that he had carried around his neck for twenty years.
I looked down at the key, then up at the ancient stone door that held centuries of hidden history. The invisible girl from Manhattan—the server who nobody noticed—wasn't invisible anymore.
"I was born ready, Dad," I said, stepping forward.
I slid the bronze key into the center of the stone lock and turned it.

Clack.
The heavy stone gears began to grind, echoing through the subterranean silence as centuries of secrets finally opened to the world.
