Chapter 20 - The Magic LaughOne year later.

The grand living room was transformed once again, but this time it wasn't for a dinosaur game—it was for a wedding reception.
String lights laced through the vaulted ceilings, white roses adorned every table, and soft jazz music floated through the air. The guest list wasn't filled with ruthless corporate tycoons or fake socialites; it was filled with close friends, foundation workers, and children whose lives had been changed for the better.
Standing by the grand piano, Thomas wore a classic tuxedo, watching the dance floor with a heart full of absolute peace.
In the center of the room, Clara—stunning in a simple, elegant white lace wedding dress—was spinning around in a joyful circle, holding six-year-old Lucas by the hands.
Lucas threw his head back and laughed—that bright, chiming, magical laugh that had first broken the silence of this very house two years ago.
Thomas walked over, wrapping his arms around Clara’s waist from behind and pulling them both close into a tight embrace.
Clara leaned her head back against his shoulder, smiling as she looked up at him. "Penny for your thoughts, husband?"
Thomas pressed a tender kiss to her temple, his eyes shining with profound happiness.

"I was just thinking," Thomas whispered softly, "that all the private jets and grand estates in the world mean nothing... compared to the sound of magic in this house."
Lucas grinned up at them both, reaching out to pull them into a tight family hug as the music swelled, sealing their happily ever after.
