On a bright October afternoon, Erin stood in the center of the glass dining room.
The old dining table was gone, replaced by collaborative workspaces, computer terminals, and comfortable leather seating where young female attorneys were consulting with clients. Sunlight poured through the floor-to-ceiling windows, illuminating a room filled with hope, laughter, and relentless determination.
Marcus walked up behind her, wrapping his arms gently around her waist and resting his chin on her shoulder.
