Chapter 17 - Crossing the Atlantic

Within forty-eight hours, Arthur’s private Boeing 787 punched through the heavy cloud cover over the Swiss Alps, heading directly toward Zurich. He hadn't left his children unprotected; an entire battalion of private Swiss security forces now ringed the estate, backed by state-of-the-art automated defense grids.

Vance sat across from him in the luxurious cabin, reviewing satellite reconnaissance maps of a heavily fortified chalet overlooking Lake Geneva.

"This is it," Vance said, pointing to a sprawling, snow-covered estate nestled deep in the mountains. "The operational headquarters of the syndicate’s European board. They think they’re untouchable behind Swiss banking laws and private mercenaries."

Arthur poured a cup of black coffee, his expression carved from stone. "Nobody is untouchable, Vance. Not when you own the digital keys to their entire financial infrastructure."

"What’s the play?" Vance asked.

"We don't raid them with guns," Arthur replied coldly, tapping his laptop screen. "We bankrupt them in real-time. Every Swiss franc, every digital asset, every hidden cryptocurrency wallet they own is currently tied to a single master server node in that chalet. Once we breach their firewall, we wipe their accounts to zero, publicize their criminal registry to every major European news outlet, and watch their entire empire implode from the inside out."
