Chapter 15 - BLOOD IN THE SKY💥 MID-AIR SABOTAGE! GABRIEL HIJACKS A PRIVATE JET TO RESCUE HIS SON! 😱

Vespera realized Chicago was falling. In a frantic bid to retain leverage, her remaining operatives staged a daring midnight raid on Gabriel's hidden safehouse in Indiana, snatching eight-year-old Leo before the federal guards could react.

At 4:00 AM, Vespera’s private Gulfstream jet accelerated down the runway of Midway Airport, cutting through a violent lightning storm as it surged into the turbulent skies over Lake Michigan.

Inside the cabin, Leo was strapped into a seat, his hands zip-tied, while Vespera sat across from him, holding a satellite phone to confirm her escape route to Dubai.

"Your father lost, little boy," Vespera sneered, adjusting her diamond watch. "Once we cross international airspace, he will sign over every last secret account to get you back."

Suddenly, a loud metallic THUD echoed against the fuselage from outside the aircraft!

The cabin lights flickered wildly. Pressure alarms began to blare.

"What was that?!" Vespera screamed at the cockpit door.

Out on the wing, visible through the storm-streaked window, a high-altitude tactical winch had locked onto the jet's emergency exit hatch!

Gabriel Rowan—wearing a high-altitude oxygen mask and tactical harness—cut through the emergency seal with a hydraulic cutter while suspended in mid-air at 15,000 feet!

CRACK-HISS!

The emergency door blew inward with a violent decompression blast! Wind and freezing fog roared through the cabin, throwing loose papers and luggage into the sky!

Vespera’s personal guard drew his sidearm, but Gabriel unhooked his tether, leaped through the open hatch, and tackled the guard mid-air, throwing him out into the cloud layer below!

Gabriel unstrapped Leo with one hand, pulling him tight against his chest.

"I told you I'd come for you, son!" Gabriel roared over the deafening wind!

Vespera scrambled toward the cockpit, pulling a compact pistol from her coat, but Gabriel kicked the cockpit door shut, locking her inside while securing Leo to his tactical parachute harness!
