Chapter 11 - THE REVENGE INITIATIVE😱 BROKE & BETRAYED! GABRIEL RISES FROM THE ASHES TO HUNT DOWN THE PHANTOM QUEEN! 🔥

The empty mahogany desk felt like a tomb.

Gabriel Rowan didn't scream. He didn't smash the glass against the wall. The cold, terrifying stillness that had made him the most feared man in the Midwest descended over him like a shroud.

Ten billion dollars vanished with the scratch of a pen. The legitimate empire he built to protect his children was now the personal playground of the woman who called herself Hannah Bennett—a ghost whose real name in the Interpol black files was Vespera Vance.

"Sir," Viktor whispered, standing in the doorway with his gun drawn, his face pale. "Should we pursue her vehicles? She hasn't left the estate grounds yet."

"No," Gabriel said quietly, standing up and buttoning his coat. "She wants a gunfight on the lawn. She wants the local police to catch us shooting at her so she can claim self-defense and have us locked away before sundown."

Gabriel reached under his desk and pulled a small brass key out of a hidden groove beneath the floorboards—not a blue key, but an unpainted, heavy steel skeleton key.

"Where are we going, Gabriel?" Vito Moretti asked, walking into the study with six heavily armed enforcers. "That witch just took your entire life's work!"

"She took the public assets, Vito," Gabriel said, a razor-thin smile touching his lips. "She took the audited accounts, the corporate holding companies, and the legitimate bank trusts. But she forgot one simple truth about how I built Rowan Freight."

Gabriel walked to the massive oil painting of the Chicago skyline on the north wall and swung it forward. Behind it sat an old-fashioned mechanical dial safe—completely disconnected from any digital network.

"Before I went clean," Gabriel said, spinning the steel dial, "I kept three off-the-books reserve vaults across North America. Cold cash, untraceable bearer bonds, and private satellite access keys that even Evan didn't know existed."

The heavy steel door clicked open. Inside rested rows of black leather duffel bags packed with $100 million in raw currency, alongside military-grade encrypted comms gear.

"Vespera thinks she played me," Gabriel growled, tossing a comm headset to Vito. "Now we show her what happens when you back a cornered wolf into the dark."
