Chapter 15 - THE FINAL LEGACYFive years later.

The sun was setting over the Hamptons, casting long, golden rays across the sprawling lawns of the Moretti estate. The air smelled of salt from the nearby ocean, freshly cut grass, and sweet summer flowers.
On the manicured terrace, an eight-year-old girl with bright blue eyes and dark curls was laughing uncontrollably as she chased a golden retriever across the grass, a heavy, custom-forged platinum-and-black-diamond bracelet glinting brightly in the evening sun around her wrist.
Behind her, holding a toddler boy in his arms who had his father's exact sharp, intense eyes, stood Alessandro. He wore a casual linen shirt, watching our daughter run with a soft, content smile that few people in the world ever got to see.
I walked out onto the terrace carrying a tray of fresh lemonade, stepping up beside my husband and resting my head against his shoulder.
"She's growing up too fast," I murmured, watching Emma expertly tackle the golden retriever to the ground in a fit of giggles.
"She has her mother's spirit," Alessandro replied, wrapping his free arm around my waist and pulling me close. "Unstoppable, brilliant, and completely terrifying to anyone who crosses her path."
I laughed, handing him a glass of lemonade before looking out over the peaceful expanse of our estate.
The past—the fake pregnancies, the underground bunkers, the rival syndicates, the mop and bucket in the shadows—felt like a lifetime ago. We had walked through fire, blood, and deception, and we had come out the other side wearing the crown.
Alessandro leaned down, pressing a warm, lingering kiss to my forehead.

"Forever, Elena," he whispered against my skin.
"Forever, Alessandro," I smiled, looking out at our children as the golden sun dipped below the horizon, sealing our empire in eternal peace.
