Chapter 6 - The InterrogationBack at the main estate’s underground holding cells, Miller sat chained to a heavy steel chair, bleeding from his shoulder while Dr. Michael stitched the wound without anesthesia.

Adrian sat across from him in the dim, damp room, slowly spinning a heavy gold signet ring on his finger.
"Where is Elena?" Adrian asked, his voice low and steady.
Miller spat a glob of blood onto the concrete floor, grinning defiantly. "Go to hell, Moretti. You think you're untouchable? Elena and Mr. Kane own half the federal judiciary in Chicago. By tomorrow morning, federal marshals will raid this estate with a shoot-on-sight warrant."

Adrian stood up slowly, leaning over the table until his face was inches from Miller’s. "My father taught me how to bury enemies so deep that not even weeds would grow over them. Victor Kane is a corporate parasite. But Elena... Elena is family. And family sins require a special kind of cleansing."
He gestured to Daniel. "Keep him alive. We need him to open the biometric locks on Kane’s downtown penthouse server."
