CHAPTER 10 — "THE HORSE'S FINAL CHARGE ENDED A MAFIA EMPIRE... BUT ITS LAST ACT BROUGHT AN ENTIRE TOWN TO TEARS"

Police vehicles surrounded the mountain clearing.

Federal agents aimed their rifles toward Ricardo's helicopter.

But Ricardo never looked worried.

He calmly applauded.

"Impressive."

"You survived Alejandro."

"You survived the Shadow Wolves."

"But you still can't stop me."

He raised a small remote control.

"If I press this button..."

"Every document inside that vault disappears forever."

Hidden explosives.

Miguel immediately recognized them.

The evidence that could destroy Ricardo's empire...

Was about to vanish.

Elena stepped forward.

"You've already lost."

Ricardo smiled.

"No..."

"You still believe justice wins."

He pressed the button.

Nothing happened.

His smile disappeared.

A loud voice echoed behind him.

"Looking for this?"

Everyone turned.

Don Alejandro Garza slowly walked out from behind the helicopter.

His clothes were torn.

His face was bruised.

He held another remote control in his hand.

"I spent twenty years obeying you."

"I murdered for you."

"I lied for you."

"And today..."

"I'm done."

Without hesitation...

Alejandro crushed the detonator beneath his boot.

Ricardo's expression twisted with rage.

"You traitor!"

He reached for a hidden pistol.

Before he could fire—

El Diablo burst forward like a black storm.

The stallion crashed into Ricardo with unbelievable force, sending the gun flying over the cliff.

Federal agents rushed in.

Within seconds...

Ricardo Montoya was handcuffed.

Alejandro silently lowered his head.

For the first time in decades...

The feared mafia boss surrendered without a fight.

Months later...

Valle Verde Ranch officially returned to the Alvarez family.

The courts cleared Miguel's name.

Every stolen acre of land was restored.

Alejandro testified against Ricardo in exchange for accepting responsibility for his own crimes.

He was sentenced to spend the rest of his life behind bars.

The Shadow Wolves disappeared forever.

On a warm spring morning, the town gathered for the reopening of Valle Verde Ranch.

Children laughed as they ran through the fields once ruled by fear.

Elena stood beside her father beneath the old oak tree.

El Diablo grazed peacefully nearby.

Miguel smiled.

"He never stopped waiting for us."

Elena gently hugged the horse's neck.

"You didn't just save my father."

"You saved our family."

As the sun rose over the valley, church bells rang in the distance.

For the first time in twelve years...

The town no longer belonged to fear.

It belonged to hope.
