The Director and his inner circle of conspirators were locked inside maximum-security federal penitentiaries, facing life sentences without parole. The second vault in the Cayman Islands was seized, decrypted, and its contents handed over to an independent international tribunal to cleanse the remaining corruption in global trade and politics.
