Chapter 18 - THE SUNRISE WEDDINGThree months later, the private cliffside gardens of the Monteverde estate were transformed into a sanctuary of white roses and soft linen drapery.

There were no tabloids. There were no corporate board members or scheming socialites. Only a small, intimate gathering of trusted friends, including Dr. Vance from the clinic, Mrs. Gable, and Marcus, who stood proudly as Alejandro’s best man.

Elena walked down the stone aisle wearing a flowing, elegant white silk gown, her hair woven with fresh white blossoms. In her arms, now walking on his own toddler legs with the steady support of a tiny tuxedo, was Gabriel, carrying a velvet pillow with their wedding bands.

Alejandro stood at the altar, dressed in a sharp navy suit, watching her approach with an expression of profound, unfiltered reverence.

As she reached his side, he took her hands in his. They exchanged vows written not by lawyers or PR agents, but by the fire of their survival.
