I stood on the expansive marble balcony of the penthouse suite at Stark Global Tower, holding a porcelain cup of freshly brewed coffee. The morning air was crisp, clean, and full of infinite possibility.

Behind me, the double doors opened quietly, and Arthur stepped out, handing me an updated corporate portfolio.

"The board meeting is in twenty minutes, Elena," Arthur said with a respectful smile. "The international subsidiaries are fully restructured, and the legal assets from the Vance liquidation have been successfully reallocated to our philanthropic foundations."

I took a sip of the coffee, looking out over the sprawling metropolis below.
