Chapter 6 - The Plot ThickenedThe revelation hung in the freezing basement air, heavier than the stone ceiling above them. Leo had finally quieted down, his little hand resting peacefully against Sarah’s shoulder as she spoke.

"If Elena is still alive..." Arthur began, a fierce, protective rage eclipsing his shock. "Where is she? We have to go get her right now."

Sarah shook her head slowly, a grim smile touching her lips. "It’s not that simple, Arthur. The asylum isn't just guarded by ordinary security. "Then we take it from him," Arthur said coldly, his eyes narrowing as the grief transformed into pure, unadulterated vengeance.

"We can't just break in," Sarah warned. "We need an inside man. Or rather... an inside asset. And thankfully, your father-in-law is arriving at the mansion tonight to check if the 'cleanup' was successful."
