Chapter 25 - The Unwritten Future

A light snow began to drift down from the winter sky, dusting the branches of the young oak tree planted in memory of Julian Vance.

Inside the manor, the hearth fire crackled brightly, casting a golden glow across the antique bookshelves, the family photographs, and the framed blue envelope hanging securely in a place of honor near the study.

Austin was upstairs in his room, tapping away at his computer code, building tools for a world that was slowly becoming a little bit kinder, a little bit fairer.

Downstairs, Corbin and Lianna stood by the front foyer window, watching the soft snowflakes settle gently over the stone pathway.

There were no secrets left to bury. No hidden ledgers waiting in dark vaults. No corporate lies threatening to tear their lives apart. There was only the present moment, built on a foundation of absolute truth, shared resilience, and an enduring love that had risen from the ashes of the past.

Corbin pulled Lianna close against his chest, resting his chin gently on her head as they watched the snow fall.
