Chapter 18 - The Rebirth of an EmpireThree months later, the sun shone brilliantly over the manicured lawns of the Vance estate. The media storm had finally settled, replaced by glowing financial headlines celebrating the triumphant restructuring of Vance Global under the joint leadership of Julian, Sarah, and the newly reinstated matriarch, Helena Vance.

Inside the grand foyer, the marble floor gleamed like a mirror.
Sarah stood near the bottom of the grand staircase, holding a now three-month-old Leo in her arms. The baby gurgled happily, reaching out tiny fingers toward the sparkling crystal chandelier overhead.
Julian walked up behind her, wrapping his arms around her waist and resting his chin gently on her shoulder.
"Everything is officially settled," Julian murmured, kissing her cheek. "The board voted unanimously this morning. Vance Global is stronger, cleaner, and more secure than it has ever been in its history."
Sarah smiled, leaning back into his embrace. "And Eleanor?"
"Transferred to a maximum-security federal penitentiary three states away," Julian replied quietly. "No visitors, no phone calls, no outside contact. She is completely alone."
Across the foyer, Arthur walked by, carrying a silver tray with fresh linens. He paused, catching their eyes, and offered a respectful, dignified nod.
