Chapter 17 - Operation EclipseThree days later, a joint task force consisting of federal marshals, Interpol agents, and Silva Global's private security division mobilized under absolute secrecy.

The operation, code-named Eclipse, had one single objective: dismantle Viktor Vance’s international financial syndicate before he could retaliate against Roberto’s family.
Back at the mansion, extra security protocols were in place, but Roberto refused to live like a prisoner in his own home anymore. He sat in the living room with SofÃa, helping her assemble a complicated tactile jigsaw puzzle while MarÃa prepared fresh pastries in the kitchen.
"Daddy," SofÃa asked softly, her little fingers feeling the edges of a puzzle piece, "is everything okay now? You've been on the phone a lot."
Roberto smiled, pulling her close and pressing a gentle kiss to the top of her head. "Everything is more than okay, sweetheart. The bad shadows are gone for good."
Suddenly, his encrypted satellite phone buzzed in his pocket.
It was Marcus, calling live from the tactical command center in Monaco.
"Boss!" Marcus’s voice crackled through the phone over the sound of shouting agents and crashing doors. "We hit the primary compound in Monte Carlo. Viktor tried to flee on a private yacht, but Interpol intercept boats cut him off. He's in custody."
Roberto exhaled a breath he felt like he'd been holding for years. "And the financial ledger?"

"Secured," Marcus replied triumphantly. "Every single offshore account, every shell company, and every dollar Viktor stole has been frozen by international banking regulators. His entire syndicate is officially wiped out."
"Good work, Marcus," Roberto said quietly. "Bring everyone home."
