Valeria, hearing of Hector Vance’s death and Mateo’s arrest, attempted to flee to Switzerland using a forged passport. However, federal agents intercepted her at the tarmac of Benito Juárez International Airport, dragging her off a private jet in handcuffs while news cameras captured every second of her humiliating downfall.
With the Vance Syndicate completely dismantled, Alejandro and Lucía held a quiet, private funeral for Doña Elena on the hills overlooking Mexico City.
