The screen glowed brightly in the quiet room.

My phone vibrated softly beside the keyboard. It was Marcus, confirming the flight schedule for our return to Zurich next week.

“Everything is locked in, Chairwoman. The private jet is fueled and prepped. Whenever you're ready to rule the world again.”

I smiled, typing back a short confirmation: “Let's go.”
