Chapter 6 - The TransformationThe next evening, the Grand Horizon Hotel was a dazzling palace of glass, gold, and elite society. Billionaires, politicians, and corporate sharks mingled under glittering chandeliers, sipping champagne while waiting for Marcus Vance to take the stage and announce the hostile takeover of Sterling Global.

Marcus stood at the podium, looking immaculate in a custom tailored Tom Ford tuxedo, flashing a brilliant, confident smile to the press. "Ladies and gentlemen, tonight marks a new dawn for energy infrastructure..."
Suddenly, the massive double doors of the ballroom swung open with a resounding bang.
All conversations ceased instantly. Heads turned in unison toward the entrance.
Walking down the red carpeted aisle wasn't just Victoria Sterling—she looked breathtaking in a custom crimson silk gown that radiated pure power and vengeance. But it was the man walking beside her that made the entire room gasp in stunned disbelief.
It was Daniel Carter. But the mechanic in the faded work shirt was gone.
Clad in a bespoke midnight-black Brioni tuxedo that fit his athletic frame to absolute perfection, a Swiss luxury timepiece gleaming on his wrist, and an aura of cold, undeniable authority surrounding him, Daniel looked less like a blue-collar worker and more like a global monarch.
Marcus stopped mid-sentence at the podium, his jaw dropping so low it nearly hit the microphone. "Victoria? What is the meaning of this? And who invited the hired help?"
Victoria walked up the stage steps, her heels clicking like a countdown to execution. She stopped right in front of Marcus, her gaze piercing through him.

"You forgot one minor detail, Marcus," Victoria said, her voice echoing clearly through the ballroom's sound system. "A CEO doesn't just manage a company. She audits its foundation."
Hook: Daniel stepped up beside Victoria, pulled a golden corporate seal from his pocket, and dropped it onto the podium with a sharp clack. "And as the majority voting shareholder of Sterling Global, Marcus... you're fired."
