Chapter 23 - The Turncoat UnmaskedViral Hook: One board member tries to run for the exit, but tactical agents burst through the windows—capturing the true mastermind live in front of everyone!

As the board members nervously flipped open their folders, revealing printed bank records, encrypted emails, and wire transfers linking them to the Phoenix Foundation, panic instantly erupted in the room.
"This is a forgery! This is corporate harassment!" shouted Marcus Cole, the chief financial officer, slamming his hands onto the table and scrambling backward out of his chair. He turned and sprinted toward the double doors.
"Stop right there, Marcus!" Mia commanded.
Marcus threw open the doors, but instead of freedom, he ran straight into the barrel of an assault rifle held by a tactical officer blocking the hallway.
Simultaneously, the tinted floor-to-ceiling glass windows behind the boardroom shattered inward as three federal tactical agents rappelled down from the roof, landing gracefully inside the room with their weapons drawn.
Marcus stumbled backward, his face completely drained of color. He looked around the room, trapped on every side.

"You can't prove I authorized those transfers!" Marcus screamed, his voice cracking with desperation.
Mia walked slowly toward him, holding up a certified digital forensic tablet. "We didn't just trace the wire transfers, Marcus. Your biometric signature was used to approve the offshore account just four hours ago. Game over."
