Chapter 7 - The Confrontation in the StudyViral Hook: Mia confronts Arthur Sterling with a secret file from 35 years ago. Arthur drops his head in his hands and whispers: "She knows... she finally knows."

Midnight had passed, and the sprawling Sterling mansion was eerily quiet. Only a single desk lamp burned in the private study.
Arthur Sterling sat behind his massive mahogany desk, looking ten years older than he had that morning. The lines on his face were deeper, his shoulders slumped under the crushing weight of betrayal and exposure.
The heavy door opened, and Mia stepped inside, holding a dusty, yellowed archive folder retrieved from the municipal archives. She placed it squarely in front of him on the desk.
"Eleanor gave me a parting gift before she was transferred to county lockup," Mia said evenly. "A file from thirty-five years ago. The original fire report on your first family home. The one that tragically claimed the life of your first wife, Clara... and left your infant daughter presumed dead."
Arthur didn't look up. He stared blankly at the polished wood of the desk. A heavy, suffocating silence filled the room.
"You told the authorities it was a faulty electrical wire," Mia continued, her voice trembling slightly with suppressed emotion. "You collected the insurance payout. You used that exact money to build Sterling Global. But the forensic notes at the bottom—signed by a junior investigator who mysteriously vanished a week later—said something entirely different. It said the accelerant was poured from the inside."

Arthur slowly raised his head. His eyes were shining with unshed tears. The proud billionaire facade was completely gone, leaving only a broken, haunted old man.
"I didn't do it, Mia," Arthur whispered, his voice cracking. "I swear to you on my life... I didn't set that fire."
